@Boyd. Hmmmm, it looks like we all have made life into a forced labor camp instead of a joyful journey of exploring.
Well I guess as you say, startig to observe is the first step and enjoying life as much and as often as you can a close second.

Hi Wilma.
I have to agree with Bridget here. I have stopped beating myself up for not getting it right. I have come to realise that there is no escaping the process and it is never ending improvement. Coming from a space of observation and not judgement brings me many more hours of peace than I used to have, thats for sure. There is nowhere to get and we can only observe what is so right now.

@Bridget. I like what you say about love and kindness to yourself. That resonates as it takes the judgement out of it and makes life light and trying not so precious :)

Hi Wilma
I too get annoyed with effects I create. But I can notice slowly after years that I have a different response mostly.

I am pondering...maybe you could stop trying. Maybe all the trying is sending the message about what you don't want. Who teaches us that trying to change is resisting what is? And what we resist persists. You could observe yourself with love and kindness. We first need to accept 'what is', that might create a vacumn into which a new response can arrive. The process of doing anything new or different (which we specifically intend) must begin by accepting where we are or otherwise we rush off sometimes in the wrong direction.
