Hey Boyd, that is a neat distinction about getting the knowledge into the muscles by experiential learning.
That is exactly what it is and you show it in your amazing actions, man!
Once the body knows by having it done the results show up.
Doing the exercises is the only thing that is required and I got to see that.
Once I used to be slack in doing the mind exercises and I wondered why nothing happened to me, now I know that I have to practice and go back for more.
Great to have you join us in November :)

Good morning Wilma. I agree that we read these words of wisdom in books and we even have the ability to understand and spout it back out again, usually in the form of advise to someone else. As I hear these things come out of my mouth I often notice that gap between what I understand and where I am in my own life from a results level. I liked the quotes about ignorance and education. I kind of look at books as the catalist, the planting of new seeds so to speak. I get a conceptual understanding of something or even confirmation about some experiences I have had. I fully realise that the knowledge by itself is fruitless and it must be applied on the playing field (life). What is the thing that takes these ideas from your head, and transfers them into your bones? I would say experiential learning and that is what the Leverage and you programme provides for me. As you well know Im doing it for the 4th time in a row and a bit like going to the gym, the concepts I've read in the books and in the classrooms are showing up in the muscle (real results). I dont have to "believe" in what I have learned, which requires a level of blind faith in my opinion, because I now "know it" as an experience and my need to believe disappears. Im sure there are some well known quotes on repetition that we could all quote but Im fully in the experience of what repetition creates. Im so looking forward to the course in November and I will fill my bones some more. I hope all this makes sense.
