Hey Andy, the mind stretches are my own personal training wheels to keep me on track as I found my mind sneakyer than I first was aware of. The SOGR book is full of other gems. You and Kim will certainly love it.
Yeah, I am very pleased about my hay fever victory too and good on us, I reckon.

Excellent work ;) Wilma, and watching how and what we think is tough at first, but like anything it becomes habit and becomes easy! Are the mind stretches in the SOGR book? I have downloaded it but not read it yet.

Also good on you for knocking your hayfever on the head in a positive way. By watching what I eat, and what I do I have virtually eliminated my hayfever (which according to traditional doctors is impossible ;).

Isn't it amazing D.Lisa, how it is all coming together and how for a long time our thinking has been neglected.
I really get a sense of my own power. Wonderful.
Thanks for the website link.

Scary Wilma, do you mean that my health problems, my struggles, my life problems, my upset my sense of lack is all being held in place by my thoughts?
Do you really mean that if I train my thoughts, my whole world can change from struggle to peace and joy?
I like it, I'm in for thinking that way.
