Vision, vision, vision.

To shape your life and manifest a great one everybody says you need to have a vision.
The next thing is being able to hold that vision.
That means learning to flex the vision muscle is part of my mental fitness regime.
This exercise effects our ‘Being’ under the ‘Be-Do-Have’ principle.

Do we own stuff or does stuff own us?

That is a question relating to your mental posture regarding ‘Having’ and is an exercise in the arena of ‘Be-Do-Have’ of mental fitness.
For the graduates of Leverage & You this relates to the health of your relationship with your structures.

I always have been in awe of people who have a house full of beautiful stuff.

Playing team with the universe. Mental fitness paying off.

When you are getting yourself in a new regime of mind fitness, it is great to meet people who are obviously enjoying a higher level of mental fitness.
This will show you the pay offs of doing mind gym, which is very encouraging.

So I will share my experience of having lunch with somebody like that the other day.

Are you sitting firmly in your chair.

I, who never ever took any learning seriously, am now declaring myself as a serious buyer of learning!

Yes, you heard it right.
I stopped picking the teachings apart and stopped making cynical remarks and I have opened myself up to absorb what they are saying.
